However, it's my experience with business owners that over half of the time, employees and business owners think everyone is on the same page, but when you start asking questions, employees don't really have a completely clear picture of what is expected of them. If you find yourself in this proverbial boat, maybe you should consider putting an employee performance agreement in place so your staff has a clear understanding of what your company expects of them. Clear expectations and clear goals are important in driving individual and organizational sales performance.
